TREATMENT & SERVICES

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) – for Adolescents
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at The Excel Center of Willow Park provides adolescents with structured group therapy and education, as well as weekly individual and family therapy sessions as needed.
Mental Health treatment is provided in an interdisciplinary manner, utilizing licensed therapists, a nurse and a physician. When determining treatment goals, the patient is considered a part of the team. A psychiatrist is the leader of the treatment team and oversees all aspects of treatment, including medication management.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – for Adults
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at The Excel Center of Willow Park offers adults treatment for emotional and behavioral problems. This program is less intensive than partial hospitalization, but is more intensive than traditional outpatient therapy. It is designed to provide stabilization and resolution of immediate problem areas.
The family is involved in the treatment process, as we consider family participation to be a vital link in treatment and follow-up care.
Referring professionals are invited to collaborate on a patient with the treatment team. With the patient’s permission, these professionals are continually updated on the patient’s progress and the individual is referred back to the professional for continued follow-up care.

Senior Program
The Senior Program at The Excel Center of Willow Park provides older adults with a comfortable setting to help in the treatment of conditions unique to this population. Any individual who has potential for responding to and benefiting from mental health treatment will be admitted. In addition, the patient must be willing to be an active participant in treatment and must not pose a risk to his/her own welfare or the welfare of others.
